To ensure optimal performance, please check the following before starting a wash cycle:

1. Do not overload the washer beyond its rated capacity.
2. Make sure there is sufficient water in the washing cycle.
3. Ensure the water temperature reaches at least 65°C for a minimum of 20 minutes during the wash.
4. Do not tie the bag in a knot - please use the soluble strip ties attached to the bag.
