The Prime Comfort Active Care Mattress is a hybrid mattress suitable for patients who are at a very high risk of developing pressure ulcers. The air cells give the ability to carers to increase patient care in case of an increased risk of developing pressure injuries. This mattress has a firm static foam base with a resilient castellated central insert. Alternating pressure relief is provided by 10 independent cells whilst the whole cell structure is removable to assist with decontamination procedures. High-risk pressure relief can be provided without the pump, while Very High-risk pressure relief can be achieved using the pump.

Cleaning Guidance
The cover should be wiped down with hot water and mild detergent. If heavily soiled, the cover may be machine washed up to 65°C and tumble dried. For disinfection use sodium hypochlorite solution max 1000ppm. Use no bleach, biological or phenolic-based cleaners. Dry completely before storing.
